1. Eligibility: The Sipgood January Subscription Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") is open to all legal residents of the UK who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sipgood, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: To enter the Prize Draw, participants must purchase a new Sipgood subscription between January 1, 2025 and January 31, 2025. Each new subscription purchase will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. Each participant is limited to 1 entry.

3. Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a prize package valued at £300, consisting of:

- One (1) Garmin GPS running watch. Choice of watch colours availble.

- One (1) 1-year subscription to running app Coopah

- One (1) wellness journal from Papier

4. Winner Selection: The grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or around February 5, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the drawing date.

5. Prize Fulfillment: The prize will be shipped to the winner within 4-6 weeks of the winner's acceptance. No cash or prize substitutions are allowed, and the prize is non-transferable.

6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sipgood the right to use their name, likeness, and any statements made by the winner regarding the prize draw for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitations of Liability: Sipgood is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, or other failures or problems that may occur in connection with the Prize Draw. Sipgood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw at any time.

9. Additional Terms: This Prize Draw is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and Conditions.
